Cancellation Policy
Scheduled Lessons must be canceled with at least a 24 hour written notification in order to be rescheduled or canceled without charge toward your lesson package.
Rescheduling the lesson may be an option offered, if you have cancelled within the given time period, but will be subject to the teaching schedule for that week. As a valued client, your availability and feedback will be taken into consideration. For questions, please contact us at 412-716-2230.
Unfortunately, lessons that are not cancelled with 24 hour written notice period will not be credited and will count toward your lesson package balance.
Exceptions can be made for emergencies, but this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
